The Trustees of Stramongate Nursery, wish to appoint a friendly, enthusiastic and highly capable HLTA / Nursery Lead with commitment and a thorough practical understanding of the day to day management of our up and coming, busy Nursery / Early Years provision.

Please apply if you:

·        Hold at least a Level 3 childcare qualification in Early Years

·        Have two years or more of leadership and management in an early years setting

·        Have experience and knowledge of working with 0-4 year olds

·        Are passionate about delivering an inspiring and creative curriculum

·        Have high expectations and are committed to improving the outcomes and life chances of children

·        Are committed to inclusion

·        Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·        Have a strong commitment to teamwork

·        Can develop excellent relationships with all members of our Nursery community
