About this Role


Regional HR Recruitment Coordinator (Maternity Cover)

25 hours per week, term time only + 4 weeks

Home based with travel to academies if required


 Are you looking for a fantastic new opportunity?

As an integral member of the HR team, the post-holder will assist in providing an efficient recruitment service to the Trust.

Key responsibilities will include Recruitment and Selection, co-ordinating the recruitment processes across the Trust, creating standardised adverts and job descriptions, preparing advertisements and job packs for staff vacancies uploading advertisements onto website platforms and selecting packages as required.

The post-holder will also act as a first point of contact for recruitment queries, will support with launching the new staff induction across the trust and liaise with Regional HRBP’s to ensure that the probation for support staff is completed and provide a customer -focused service to applicants and maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.

About you:-

Candidates must have excellent communication skills, a flexible and collegiate approach to working, and be a competent user of Microsoft Office.
