NJC Point 7 - 14 (£24,294 - £27,334 FTE - Actual £23,038 - £25,921.58)

travel to all three academies)

We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to cover three of our Academies, one secondary academy (Atherstone, Warwickshire) and two primary academies (Stoke on Trent). Someone who strives to deliver an effective HR service to our academies and join our dedicated team to uphold the Trust’s vision and values.
About you:-
We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic individual who has
excellent organisational and administration skills. As an integral member of the HR team, the
post-holder will assist the Regional HR Officer/Business Partner, taking
responsibility for HR administration within the academies, undertaking duties
across a range of HR activities payroll, data management and reporting,
compliance and general HR administration.
Previous experience of running effective administrative support is
essential, however, training will be provided within the HR function. This role requires, a grade C/4 or equivalent
in English and Maths.
