We are looking for:

We are seeking an exceptional teacher to join our dedicated team at Beechcliffe Thackley. Our mission is to provide transformative and lifechanging education for pupils with an Education Health Care Plan, where support for Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs is a significant priority. The successful candidate will demonstrate the passion, drive and determination to ensure that pupils thrive academically, personally and socially through outstanding teaching and learning.

You will deliver a fully differentiated curriculum tailored to individual needs, plan and assess effectively, and contribute to the holistic development of every pupil. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of barriers to learning and proven strategies to overcome them, as well as experience in managing pupil performance and implementing interventions. Applicants must hold a relevant honours degree, Qualified Teacher Status and have experience within a special school or the appropriate educational phase.
