We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a SEMH Teaching Assistant. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs. You will work closely with teaching staff to create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment both inside and outside the classroom. The successful candidate will build positive relationships with pupils, promote good behaviour, and assist in the implementation of individual education and behaviour plans. You will play a key role in encouraging pupils to engage in learning activities, supporting their personal development, and ensuring their health and safety at all times.
