As the Head of the Maths Department, you will have
the opportunity to:
- Develop and sustain a vibrant and engaging Maths curriculum
- Lead and develop a small team of specialist Maths teachers (currently 2)
- Teach small groups; class size is a approx. 8 students.
- Support students with a range of academic needs, from the gifted
and talented pupils in need of stretch and challenge, to those working
below age expected levels who require additional support.
- Access high quality, relevant and meaningful CPD.
- Be part of an established, supportive Management Team
- Deliver AQA qualifications, including GCSE Maths
- Work in a caring, nurturing
environment where the well being of both pupils and staff is a priority.
