About this Role:
The Children, Young People and Families Engagement Lead will build partnerships with relevant local stakeholder’s to identify inclusive opportunities for community and family learning as well as building confidence and life skills of local parents/ carers encouraging them to consider further learning opportunities, volunteering and employment. The post holder will work closely with local primary and secondary schools as well as other key stakeholders working with children and families such as family hubs. The role will also work closely with these organisations to identify CPD and learning opportunities for the children and young people’s workforce. The ATTFE College In This Together Strategy Themes will guide provision developed by the post holder as well as identified local need. Work will be targeted in areas of highest need, particularly areas of low deprivation.
