About this Role

About Us: Drakelow Park Flying High Academy

Drakelow Park Flying High Academy is our fourth brand-new school, opening in September 2026 within a thriving new community development. The school build is progressing on schedule, with keys due in April 2026, allowing us to shape an inspiring new learning environment from the ground up.

As a new school opening small and growing over time, we are committed to building a culture rooted in aspiration, belonging, and joy. Every member of our team will play a pivotal role in shaping not just a school, but a community.

At Drakelow Park Flying High Academy, our vision is simple yet powerful: “Where every child belongs, excels and is championed.” We are committed to ensuring that every moment counts in a child’s early education. From the very first day, we will provide a nurturing, ambitious, and inclusive environment where children develop a love of learning and thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.

Our vision is fully aligned with the Flying High Partnership’s commitment to creating unique, exceptional, and sustainable schools that inspire communities and empower children.
This vision sits at the heart of everything we aim to build.
