About the Role

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our Primary team. You will work closely with the SENDCo and teaching staff to support pupils, particularly those with additional needs, helping them to access learning and achieve their full potential. • Adapt resources and learning activities to meet individual needs
  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and external professionals
  • Support behaviour management in line with school policies
  • Contribute to safeguarding and the welfare of all pupils

These responsibilities are central to ensuring pupils can fully access learning and thrive within the classroom environment.

  • A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning
  • Commitment to high expectations and inclusive practice
  • A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
