This unique opportunity will allow you to use your passion and expertise to improve the catering offer in our academies.

We are a new team with complete control over menu design and development. We utilise our shared experience within catering, education and multi-site management to engage with our academy communities to improve how things are done.

Our ideal candidate will:

    • Have extensive multisite catering experience, within an educational or private sector catering environment
    • Have the highest expectations for themselves and others, and the standards that need to be met to provide a fresh and exciting food offer
    • Work collaboratively using financial planning experience to deploy budgets effectively
    • Share our commitment to an inclusive, aspirational education for all pupils
    • Have skills, knowledge and behaviours aligned to leading and running a comprehensive and professional food operation
    • Thrive in developing a provision that is an integral part of our pupils' day
    • Innovate to effectively lead and deliver high quality provision, supporting a variety of catering requirements across our schools
    • Hold a catering qualification and food hygiene certificate, with a knowledge of COSHH and Allergy legislation.

In return we offer:

    • A unique opportunity to share your vision and experience in a values driven environment
    • A dedicated and supportive team with a shared mission to improve the catering offer within education
    • A strong culture of collaboration and support, with a five day working week
    • Access to the Local Government Pension Scheme and our Employee Assistance Programme
