Our School-Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) programme offers a unique opportunity to gain a qualification through practical experience working alongside real teachers in real classrooms.  You will:

  • Achieving Qualified Teacher Status       
  • Attaining a Post Graduate Certificate in Education
  • Ongoing support in securing your first teaching role
  • Engaging in a diverse & innovative ITT curriculum

Candidate Requirements:

You are the perfect fit for starting your career in teaching with us if you have:· 

  • A degree in any subject.(Primary only) or a degree with a minimum of 50% content of subject you want to teach (Secondary)
  • GCSE Maths, English and Science (Primary) at Grade C/4 or above, or an equivalent qualification.
  • A genuine passion for teaching, a drive to inspire and motivate students, and the ability to act as a positive role model
