An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to join an already existing and committed operational team at Kingstone Academy Trust.

Within this role you will oversee key operational functions playing a central role in ensuring the smooth running of our school, including Trust compliance, Health and Safety, HR and contract leadership.

You will provide leadership to operational support and site staff and as a key member of the Academy’s central team you will lead high‑quality support services, provide excellent customer service, and ensure full compliance across the areas which fall within your remit.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, hardworking and organised; you will ideally have experience of working in a school environment and in a front-facing role.

If this role is appealing but you think you don’t tick all the boxes, please do still apply! We are fortunate in the current team to have a wide range of skills and experience, and this role can be tailored to the right individual.

We are looking for someone who has the confidence to develop and improve the service provided within the school and manage and motivate colleagues.

There are many reasons to choose Kingstone Academy Trust as a great place to start or continue your career.

We are fully committed to supporting your career and professional growth through a range of routes both within schools and across the Trust and we offer extensive professional learning opportunities for all employees.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All vacancies that involve working with vulnerable adults and/or children will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check at Enhanced Level, along with other standard pre-employment checks.
