About this Role

We are currently looking for a passionate, vibrant and caring Functional Skills Tutor, who has excellent subject knowledge and is able to contribute positively to our learners experiences of education.

As a Tutor with Embrace & Encourage Education CIC, you will play a key role with in the team, delivering challenging and well-organised lessons, teaching with expertise and enthusiasm, whilst using an appropriate range of strategies and resources. We are recruiting for 1 role or possibly a job share for the right people and hoping to develop our team further. We can offer a friendly working environment, with a competitive salary for term time hours.

This would possibly suit a professional in the sector who would like to develop their skills in the teaching and learning arena, whist catering for their families needs. Due to the locations of our centres the applicants would benefit from having a full driving licence and access to their own vehicle.

This is part-time posts across a 5 day week, the position is within an alternative provision and offers a fantastic opportunity for the right person. We offer some flexibility within the position and would be happy to consider 2 candidates to share the role if suitable.
