About us

Embrace and Encourage Education CIC is a female focused alternative provision, dedicated to the development of its learners.  We offer a safe learning environment for our young people, whilst enhancing their experiences of working with professionals.  We adopt a trauma informed and attachment aware approach to practice.

Our focus is to engage individuals in their own growth, offering support and motivation throughout their time with us.  Embrace offers education that empowers learners and improves their outcomes with recognised qualifications.  Supporting a much smoother transition into further education, training and development. 

The overall aim of the centre is to provide a safe alternative learning environment where individuals can re-engage with their own learning pathway to create a positive change in their future.
