Receptionist Administrator Event Liaison
8am - 4pm Monday to Friday, to be worked during the school term time (can be flexible for the right candidate).
£24,027 - £24,790 (pro rata)

About the role
The Central Support Team are looking to recruit a Receptionist Administrator to work in their busy office on a full time basis - term time only. These hours will be worked Monday to Friday during the school term time.
Working closely with the Central Support Team to provide efficient administration, you will be responsible for a range of receptionist and clerical duties. Central to this will be to provide a welcoming and efficient first point of contact for conference guests, parents and visitors to the site, whether at the front desk, on the telephone, or by email.
In addition, you will be responsible for setting up conferences and training events, which involves moving chairs and tables, putting out refreshments and meeting and greeting delegates.
You will be expected to use a variety of IT systems to record data, produce reports and generate letters and other communications - full training will be given.
The CEO Executive Assistant will line manager the role and will direct any other reasonable duties commensurate with the level of the post.
The job requirements
We are looking for a highly competent Receptionist/ Administration who is able to manage the systems and processes in our busy school effectively. As well as being a confident and capable user of various IT systems, you will also be willing to learn how to operate our various software packages to allow the smooth running of our school office.
Whilst experience of working in an education setting is highly desirable, it is not essential however you will have an understanding of special educational needs, child protection and safeguarding issues, as well as excellent organisational and time management skills.
You will be driven by providing excellent customer service in all that you do for the benefit of our most important people – our children. A commitment to keeping children safe and the ability to respect the values of the Trust are also of fundamental importance.
