seeking to appoint a part-time
Office and Events Administrator
20 hours per week
to be worked over 3-4 days; Monday-Friday
38 weeks per year (term-time)
(FTE £26,800
- £28,600 per year, approx. £12,840 – £13,700 pro-rata)
Hybrid working – 2 days in Ely
Office plus remote working with occasional travel to our schools and external venues to support
with events

The
Diocese of Ely Multi-Academy Trust are seeking a personable, highly organised and
meticulous Office and Events Administrator to join our friendly and supportive
team.
To be successful
in this role, you will ideally have:
· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively
· Proficiency in computerised systems, including Outlook and /or Google
· Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal and written communication skills
· Effective communication and customer service skills
· The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
· A high level of attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
· A ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to use initiative
· A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
About Role
This role is a key position in supporting the DEMAT Together programme of events. The programme has been designed to maximise the opportunities for children across the Trust to discover new passions, develop their talents and explore their areas of interest beyond their school walls.
