The
DEMAT family has more than 7,000 children, across 38 schools, supported by more
than 1,000 members of staff. Our Trust exists to provide the foundations
to build successful futures, whether that is for our pupils, their families,
their communities, or our staff, we invest in them all.
Underpinning this is our Trust vision, To learn. To know. To lead out which itself is supported through Philippians 4:13, I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me. We want all members of our school communities to learn more, know more, and then lead out into our local and wider networks to provide the foundations to build successful futures.
Our schools are broad in context with distinctive communities, and we work with our staff teams to provide high quality, effective and efficient support from the Trust so that school-based staff can focus on the things that matter most – delivering a great curriculum for the benefit of the pupils so they may build a successful future for themselves.
