This is a varied and rewarding role where you will oversee all aspects of lettings, from customer enquiries and bookings through to service delivery, compliance, and income generation. You will play a key role in ensuring our facilities are used effectively for community benefit, while maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and customer service.
Working closely with Headteachers, site teams, and the Trust Central Team, you will also lead on developing a strategic approach to lettings, identifying opportunities to grow income and enhance community engagement. You will manage and support a team of lettings assistants, including line management and the scheduling of staffing to ensure appropriate cover in line with the lettings programme. You will also ensure consistent processes across the Trust and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
If you have experience in facilities, lettings, or operational management, and enjoy working in a busy, customer-focused environment, we would love to hear from you.
Please see the attached job description for full details.
You will be joining a supportive and forward-thinking Trust where you will have the opportunity to shape and develop a key area of our operations, working closely with schools and making a tangible impact on their communities.
