About the role
The Director of Education provides strategic, Trust-wide leadership to drive continuous improvement in teaching, learning and pupil outcomes across all our academies. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape and deliver the Trust’s educational strategy, provide support to Headteachers and assure the Board of Trustees on performance, quality and compliance.
This is a part-time executive role (2 days per week) offering the opportunity to influence growth, innovation and educational excellence across the Trust. You may also be deployed into strategic projects, interim leadership or other Trust-wide responsibilities as needed.

Ensure operational excellence
Champion innovation and the strategic adoption of technology to improve teaching, learning and decision-making
