Job title: Executive Headteacher
Salary: £104,648 per annum (L28–L32)
Hours: 30 hours per week

Mosaic Schools Learning Trust is seeking to appoint an outstanding Executive Headteacher to provide strategic leadership across a group of schools.
Reporting to the CEO, you will drive school improvement, champion high-quality teaching and learning, and support Headteachers to secure the best possible outcomes for all pupils. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering the Trust’s educational strategy, building leadership capacity and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and inclusion.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced and credible senior leader with a proven track record of improving outcomes across multiple settings, alongside strong expertise in curriculum, pedagogy and data-informed school improvement.
