Directorate Bands 1-2. Points L1-L10 (£49,781 - £62,202)
Hours of work: 37hrs per week. 52weeks per year.
We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead the development and execution of internal and external marketing and communications across the Trust. This role will focus on delivering impactful brand management and communication strategies that elevate the Trust's presence. The Marketing and Communications Manager role is part of the Core Trust Team and works across all academies, becoming the go-to expert for school leaders on marketing and communications activities. The post holder will be managed by the Trust HR Director, collaborate closely with the Executive Board, and eventually line manage a team while building a cross-Trust Community of Practice for marketing and communications colleagues.
