An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Apprentice to join the Academy Transformation Trust’s HR team. As the HR Apprentice you will be supported by the Director of People Strategy and Senior HR Coordinator whilst studying a CIPD Level 3 Human Resources Apprenticeship. About you:- 

We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic individual who has excellent organisational and administration skills.  As an integral member of the HR team, the post-holder will assist the Director of People Strategy and the Senior HR Coordinator, taking responsibility for HR administration within the central team, undertaking duties across a range of HR activities including recruitment and selection, data management and reporting, compliance and general HR administration.

This role requires, a grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills, a flexible and collegiate approach to working, and be a competent user of Microsoft Office.
