  • Deep knowledge of curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, Ofsted and the wider educational landscape.
  • Excellent understanding of safeguarding, equality, inclusion and legal responsibilities.
  • Strategic thinker, aligned with trust’s values, able to inspire staff, students and families.
  • Resilient, collaborative, reflective and committed to ongoing professional development and the personal development of self and others.

In return you will be part of a trust that values collaboration, invests in its people and is committed to delivering excellence for every child. Our approach of “Achieving more together” is realised through: -

  • A relentless focus on delivering an excellent quality of education across all our academies, ensuring strong progress and attainment for all students.
  • A commitment to personal development and well-being for both staff and students
