Welcome to Fosse Multi Academy Trust – a family of schools united by a shared commitment to excellence, inclusion, and opportunity for every learner.
Our Trust places children and young people at the heart of everything we do. Our mission is simple but powerful: to nurture ambition, inspire curiosity, and empower each individual to thrive – academically, socially, and emotionally.
We are also deeply privileged to be part of the Coventry Diocese, which enriches our work with a strong foundation of Christian values, community spirit, and spiritual development, the golden thread that runs through our very special Trust. This partnership strengthens our vision and helps us foster environments where every child is known, loved, and encouraged to flourish.
Across our schools, you’ll find dedicated colleagues, vibrant communities, and a relentless drive to improve. We believe in collaboration over competition, and in the transformative power of education to change lives. Whether you’re a parent, student, colleague, or partner, your journey with us matters – and we’re excited to walk it with you.
Together, we’re building futures. Thank you for considering to be apart of the Fosse journey.
Fosse Trust Sports Coach
The Sports Coach at Fosse Trust plays an important role in promoting physical activity, teamwork, and positive wellbeing across the Trust’s schools. The postholder will deliver engaging, inclusive, and high‑quality sports sessions that support pupils’ physical development, confidence, and enjoyment of sport, in line with the Trust’s values and commitment to raising aspirations.
Working collaboratively with teaching staff and school leaders, the Sports Coach will contribute to curriculum delivery, enrichment activities, and extracurricular programmes, ensuring opportunities are accessible to all pupils regardless of ability. The role requires a positive role model who can motivate pupils, manage behaviour effectively, and create a safe, supportive environment where children can develop both sporting skills and life skills such as resilience and cooperation.
