Job Title: Governance & Compliance Operational Lead
Location: Esteem Multi-Academy Trust
Grade/Scale: Support Pay Scale - Grade 11 (Points 24-27), Actual Salary £39,865 - £43,270 per annum
Contract: 37 hours per week, all year round (Part time and/or term time only could be considered for the right candidate)
Join Esteem Multi‑Academy Trust as our Governance & Compliance Operational Lead, a key professional role at the heart of ensuring strong, effective and compliant governance across our Trust. Working closely with senior leaders, trustees and governors, you will provide expert guidance on statutory requirements, lead governance assurance processes, coordinate policies and compliance systems, and deliver high‑quality clerking and organisational support.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced governance professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, builds strong relationships, and delivers meticulous work to tight deadlines. You’ll play a vital part in strengthening our governance framework, supporting decision‑making, and championing best practice across the organisation.
