We are looking for a motivated,
enthusiastic, and inspiring Inclusion Worker to join the Great Heights
Academy Trust’s Partner Provision team. You will support the Head of Partner
Provision to help raise the learning and attainment of students whilst also
promoting student’s independence, self-esteem, and inclusion in line with our Provision
values.
The successful candidate will
work collaboratively with the teaching staff to give support to our students,
individually or in groups, so that they can access the curriculum, take part in
learning, and experience a sense of achievement. The Inclusion Worker will work
across both the Carlinghow Hub and the Colne Valley Hub, providing consistent
support through outreach work and the delivery of purposeful enrichment
sessions. The role will focus on building trust and a sense of safety for
students who may be disengaged from education. By forming positive
relationships and offering tailored support, the Inclusion Worker will help
students to re-engage with learning and develop confidence and resilience. The
ultimate aim will be to support students to successfully reintegrate back into
mainstream education.
We are looking for someone to support and
promote the emotional, social, and academic development of students. As an
Inclusion Worker, you will need to be adaptable and ready to work in a variety
of inclusion roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are
essential for this position as you will be working with students, parents,
carers, colleagues, and outside agencies daily.
If you are passionate and enthusiastic about
helping children and can work with us to nurture their aspirations and dreams;
enabling them to be the best they can be, then we would love to hear from you.
If you're ready to inspire change and help shape brighter futures, we’d love to hear from you.
Great Heights Academy
Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and

provide satisfactory references prior to appointment. We are an
equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all sections of the
community regardless of age, disability, gender, race, religion or belief,
sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
