HR Administrator for the MAT (Multi Academy Trust) Central Services Team
Contract Type: Temporary 1 year (with the possibility of becoming permanent)
Contract Term: Full Time (52 weeks), (TTO and working hours will be considered for the right candidate)
Hours: 36 hours per week: Monday – Thursday 7:45am – 3:45pm, Friday 7:45am – 3:30pm (45min break)
Salary: Full time - H6 Point 16, £34,487 (Part Time salary will be pro rata dependant on weeks and hours worked)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, resilient, and experienced HR Administrator to join our growing and friendly central HR Services team. This is a fast-paced and varied role where no two days are the same, and where you will play a key part in delivering a high-quality HR service across multiple schools.
As a key member of the team and a first point of contact for staff, you will provide professional, proactive, and approachable HR support across the full employee lifecycle. This will include employee relations, absence management, recruitment and selection, onboarding, induction and probation, and payroll administration.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage a high volume workload with competing priorities. You will be confident working under pressure, using your initiative, and building strong, effective working relationships with leaders and colleagues across the Trust.
