We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Lead Therapist to join our expanding Therapy Service at Chiltern Way Academy. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced therapist within the Trust to take the next step in their career, combining a specialist clinical caseload with a strategic leadership role. Supporting the delivery, quality and ongoing development of therapy provision across a cluster of schools, you will work closely with the Director of Therapy Services to provide operational leadership, support and supervision to a team of therapists. You will collaborate with school leaders to ensure therapy is fully integrated within the educational environment, while driving positive outcomes for students with complex needs and contributing to service improvement and staff development across the academy.
