This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing member of staff to step into the role of Curriculum Lead – Primary and Reading, working as part of the Central Service Team. The role focuses on shaping and delivering an ambitious, high‑quality curriculum across the Trust, ensuring it meets the diverse needs of our learners while remaining innovative and evidence‑based. You will lead the development of exceptional teaching practice through coaching and CPD, support colleagues across primary and transition phases, and contribute to whole‑Trust improvement priorities. This is a strategic and collaborative role, ideal for someone passionate about curriculum development, staff development, and driving continuous improvement across a multi‑academy trust.
