· Champion data quality, consistency and strong governance across our schools

· Influence strategy and support leaders to make confident, evidence-informed decisions

· Confidence designing dashboards and visual stories for non-technical audiences

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn raw data into actionable intelligence

· Ability to manage multiple datasets and improve data quality

· An organised, solutions-focused approach with great attention to detail

· A collaborative style that builds trust and empowers colleagues

· A passion for improving the lives of children and young people through better intelligence

Why Join Us?

· Play a central role in shaping a new Trust-wide data function

· Work with a forward-thinking, supportive executive team

· Be part of a values-driven Trust that puts young people at the heart of every decision

· Enjoy professional development, wellbeing support and Trust-wide benefits
