The Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist and Specialist to join our teams across Buckinghamshire and Hampshire.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in establishing and developing a high-quality, integrated occupational therapy service across the Trust.

You will:

  • Lead on the development and delivery of innovative occupational therapy provision
  • Deliver specialist, outcome-focused interventions tailored to pupil needs
  • Embed therapeutic approaches across the curriculum to enhance learning and inclusion
  • Design and deliver training programmes to support staff development and inclusive practice
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure a holistic, joined-up approach to pupil support
  • Provide clinical leadership within your area of expertise

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed professional who has:

  • A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy with HCPC and RCOT registration
  • Experience working with children and young people with ASC and/or SEMH needs
  • Strong skills in delivering training and supporting multidisciplinary teams
  • A commitment to evidence-based, functional and outcome-focused practice
  • Excellent communication and collaborative working skills
