About this Role

Join a Trust That’s Redefining Education – Be the Digital Storyteller Who Makes It Happen

Are you ready to amplify a values-driven movement in education? At Great Schools Trust, we don’t just run schools, we transform lives. We’re on a mission to reimagine what education can achieve, and we need a creative, strategic and results-focused Digital Marketing Officer to help us share that story with the world.

This is your chance to work with a trust that’s bold, ambitious and relentlessly innovative, where your ideas will have real impact on communities, pupils and the future of education itself.

What we offer

  • A dynamic, values-led organisation where creativity and innovation are celebrated
  • The opportunity to shape our digital presence across multiple platforms
  • Professional growth with access to cutting-edge tools, training and development
  • Hybrid working options and flexibility to drive your success
  • A culture of trust, collaboration and purpose

What we’re looking for

  • A digital marketing professional who blends creativity with analytics
  • Someone who can craft compelling campaigns that engage diverse audiences
  • A storyteller who can elevate our social and online presence with impact
  • A self-starter who thrives on innovation, autonomy and delivering results
  • Someone with a passion for education and social impact

What you’ll do

  • Lead and deliver inspiring digital campaigns that capture our vision and values
  • Shape and grow our online community across social media and web platforms
  • Create content that drives engagement, recruitment and trust-wide storytelling
  • Analyse data to inform strategy and optimise digital performance
  • Collaborate with school leaders and teams to bring their success stories to life

This isn’t just a marketing role. It’s an opportunity to drive real change, telling stories that matter and building a digital presence that reflects the heart of our trust.  If you’re ready to combine creativity with purpose and want to be part of something bigger than just a brand, we want to hear from you.
