About this Role

You will be part of a positive and aspirational team that treats each student as an individual. Your contribution as a LSA is valued by all staff as you guide and support Key Stage 3 & Key Stage 4 students to fulfil their potential.  This role is not subject based, instead LSAs work within a year group or Key Stage to assist the teacher during lessons or to lead small group intervention work.

We offer personalized and tailored professional development based around the four areas of special educational needs: Cognition & Learning; Communication & Interaction; Social, Emotional & Mental Health and Physical & Sensory Needs.  This role therefore offers an exciting opportunity for anyone considering a role in teaching or within education.
