Teacher of PE (Girls)

We are looking for outstanding classroom practitioner whose passion and subject knowledge promotes students' enjoyment of PE. The successful candidate will be particularly passionate about women in sport, and have expertise in teaching a range of sports, with the ability to provide challenge and support for all through effective adaptive teaching. It is desirable, but not essential, that candidates are also able to offer a second subject or be willing to teach a related subject such as Health and Social Care or Science.
Our PE curriculum is structured to foster a lifelong love of physical activity, while promoting skills development, teamwork and resilience. Students experience a broad mix of traditional and contemporary sports with opportunities to tailor their core PE pathway from Year 9 for GCSE. Beyond the curriculum, we provide a wide range of enrichment opportunities including sports clubs, fitness sessions and regular participation in inter-school and external competitions.
This is an exciting time to join our team! Whether an ECT or an experienced teacher, we welcome applications from teachers who share our vision for an inspiring and inclusive PE programme.
