We are looking for a dedicated Teacher (MPR/UPR + SEN 1 allowance) to join our committed team at Oakdale School, a Special Needs Primary School in Tameside which is part of Kingfisher Learning Trust.

About the Role

As a class teacher, you will:

·                 Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and other professionals to secure the best possible outcomes for the children

·                 Contribute to the wider development of the school community, promoting the values and ethos of the Trust and school in everything you do

·                 Play a role in developing cognition and learning, driving innovation, and supporting staff development (unless an Early Career Teacher)

We are looking for someone who is:

·                 A qualified teacher (QTS) with a genuine passion for SEN education

·                 An excellent classroom practitioner who has high expectations for every learner

·                 Reflective, adaptable and eager to grow through professional development

·                 Skilled at building positive relationships with children, families, colleagues and the wider Trust team

·                 Creative, resilient, and committed to inclusive education

Why Join Us?

·                 A supportive and forward-thinking Trust with a clear vision and values

·                 A collaborative and professional staff team

·                 Opportunities for continued professional learning, including action research and leadership pathways

·                 A chance to make a lasting impact on children’s lives and be part of a caring, inclusive school community
