What we require:
- UK Qualified Teacher status (QTS).
- Degree or equivalent
- Understanding of safeguarding procedures and child protection methods and responsibilities.
- Passionate about learning, teaching and assessment.
- Ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children.
- Ability to communicate effectively (both orally and in writing) to a variety of audiences including pupils, staff, colleagues and parents.
- Effective behavioural management skills.
- Ability to create a positive and supportive and effective learning environment
