At Chiltern Way Academy Trust, we are dedicated to supporting young people with ASC and SEMH through innovative and nurturing education.
We are a highly successful, award-winning Specialist Multi Academy Trust supporting children and young people aged 4–19 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Across our nine sites, we combine state-of-the-art facilities with a highly skilled staff team to provide high-quality education and care for the full spectrum of behavioural and autism needs.
We are seeking a talented Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Hampshire to play a key role in developing and delivering a high-quality, integrated SALT service across the Trust.
About the role:
You will work collaboratively to establish and develop speech and language therapy provision, delivering specialist, outcome-focused interventions and embedding communication strategies across the curriculum. You will also lead and contribute to staff training and professional development, supporting a whole-school approach to meeting speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN).
About you:
This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.
Join us—and help change lives, shape futures, and make a lasting impact.
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion are at the heart of everything we do. We actively promote a culture where everyone is treated fairly and has the opportunity to thrive.
Chiltern Way is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check. Chiltern Way Academy will comply with its obligations under the GDPR and other data protection legislation.
