We are seeking a passionate and resilient Behaviour Support Manager to play a key role in managing the behaviour and wellbeing of students with Social, Emotional, Communication and Interaction Difficulties (SECID). Working closely with the Support Team Lead, you will implement effective behavioural strategies, build strong relationships, and ensure consistent communication across the school community.
