Across our nine sites, we offer state-of-the-art facilities and a highly skilled staff team, enabling us to deliver outstanding education and care across a wide range of behavioural and autism needs.

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team and help develop and deliver a high-quality, integrated therapy service across the Trust.

About the role:
You will play a key role in establishing and developing occupational therapy provision, delivering specialist, outcome-focused interventions and embedding therapeutic strategies across the curriculum. You will also support staff development through training programmes, contribute to a holistic, joined-up approach to pupil support, and provide clinical leadership within your area of expertise.

About you:

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC and RCOT registration
  • Experience working with children with ASC and/or SEMH
  • Skilled in delivering training and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Committed to evidence-based, functional and outcome-focused practice
