About this Role
CWA Basingstoke is a Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) co-educational secondary provision for students aged 10–16 years. We have high expectations and work tirelessly with a dedicated, passionate staff team to create an environment where every student can thrive.

Your role will include:
- Delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects.
- Supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
- Maintaining a safe, positive classroom environment.
- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
- Contributing to curriculum planning and school improvement.
