CWA Austen is a unique co-educational, all-through school for up to 128 pupils aged 5–16 with a primary diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC).

As Deputy Support Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping positive behavioural outcomes across the school. You will lead on the development, implementation and evaluation of behaviour strategies, working closely with staff, students and families.
