About this Role

Our school supports up to 42 learners on site, alongside outreach and home tuition provision. We offer a nurturing, fresh start, building strong relationships and delivering a person-centred curriculum focused on literacy, numeracy, life skills and personal development.

About the Role


Working closely with the Headteacher, you will:

Provide strong leadership to drive school improvement
Promote a calm, safe and inclusive learning environment
Model outstanding teaching and support staff development
Help deliver an engaging, personalised curriculum
Monitor pupil progress and raise achievement
Lead performance management and professional development
- Take responsibility for key elements of school leadership with support from the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher
