Willow Grove Primary School is a new four-form entry school
for children aged 4 to 11, which opened in September 2024. This is an
outstanding opportunity to join the Trust as a Receptionist /Administrator.
Our vision is to become a Centre of Excellence for the Arts and to provide
first class academic and personal development opportunities for all in the
school community.
Eventually there will be 840 pupils in the school, although
in September 2025, we will have pupils in Foundation and Years 1, 2 and 3.
Part of the Kingsbridge Educational Trust, this is an

growth of this exciting new school from its very early stages. You will need to
be flexible enough to thrive in an ever-changing environment as the school
grows over its first few years.
We are looking for a dedicated, proactive and creative
colleague committed to team-working and developing excellence for our pupils.
Recent experience of working in a school office is desirable. Excellent
conditions of service will be offered.
The successful candidate will:
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week / 39 weeks
per year
Working days: Monday – Friday (8.00am - 16.00pm)
