• plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that build knowledge and understanding
• assess, track and respond to pupils’ learning to secure progress for all

• work closely with colleagues, including support staff, to meet pupils’ needs
• contribute to a culture of high expectations, professionalism and care
• actively promote the school’s Christian ethos and FLAME values
