Admin  Officer 

Pickwick Academy Trust is looking to recruit a permanent Admin Officer based at Longford CE Primary School.

  Required to start: Monday 2nd September 2024

Hours: 37 hours per week, 8.30am – 12.00noon plus 1.00pm to 3.15pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 12.00noon plus 1.00pm to 2.00pm on Fridays, 38 weeks per year (term time only, excluding TD Days).

 Salary: D4, 23,114 pro rata, per annum (actual salary £19,371 per annum)

We are looking to recruit an experienced, hardworking, committed, well organised and enthusiastic  Administrative Officer to join our team.

Job Purpose:

·        To support the effective management of the general office so that all aspects of the school’s administration are conducted efficiently.

·        To be responsible for the administration of the School’s Single Central Record in conjunction with the School’s Senior Leadership Team

·        To operate the relevant school computer software, for example Integris, the school information system.

·        To liaise with the Pickwick Academy Trust central support team keeping them informed of any matter at Milton on Stour Primary School that could impact on the Trust.

·        To provide the Pickwick Academy Trust central support team with any information needed to ensure the business of the Trust runs smoothly.

The jobholder must demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.  This will involve undertaking annual Safeguard training and using school reporting systems for any Safeguard concerns.
