Woodfall Primary School are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and friendly Receptionist to join our creative, dynamic and enthusiastic team, people who are keen to take an active role in the full life of our school during an exciting time, as we plan for our future .The successful candidate will be committed to the best interests of our pupils, have high expectations of themselves and work effectively in a team. As part of our support team you will provide a professional and friendly reception service for the School, dealing with parents/carers, student and visitors.

We are looking for a Receptionist who will actively contribute in supporting the school office and greet all visitors to our school. The successful candidate will be someone who is:

  • Warm and Nurturing- A caring and patient attitude, creating a welcoming environment.
  • Positive and Enthusiastic and Engaging.
  • Proactive and self motivated. Willing to contribute ideas.
  • Adaptability and flexibility- Able to adjust to the changing needs of the Office.
  • Reliability-Punctual and committed.
