Woodfall Primary School are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and talented 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join our creative, dynamic and enthusiastic team, people who are keen to take an active role in the full life of our school during an exciting time, as we plan for our future .The successful candidate will be committed to the best interests of our pupils, have high expectations of themselves and work effectively in a team. They will be able to motivate, encourage and nurture our children to achieve their best, and have a good knowledge of the expectations of the National Curriculum.

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who will actively contribute in supporting the class Teacher. The successful candidate will be someone who is:

  • Warm and Nurturing- A caring and patient attitude, creating a secure learning environment.
  • Positive and Enthusiastic- Energetic, engaging and passionate about working with children.
  • Proactive and self motivated. Willing to contribute ideas.
  • Adaptability and flexibility- Able to adjust to the changing needs of a Reception class.
  • Reliability-Punctual and committed.
