The candidate must have:
Experience
of successfully supporting learning targets to enable children or young adults
achieve their learning goal
The ability to plan and lead small group learning and cover for short periods of teacher absence
· The ability to develop strategies to allow pupils with complex needs to access learning and promote positive behaviour
Experience of supporting pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties
The
ability and confidence to lead a team and be an effective and positive role
model to others
· The ability to form supportive relationships with parents/carers to ensure the best outcomes for pupils at Cromwell
