About this Role
The
candidate must have –
·
Level
3 TA qualification or above and proven classroom experience in the TA3 role.
·
Experience
of planning group or class learning for children or young people.
·
The
ability to develop strategies to allow pupils with complex needs to access
learning and promote positive behaviour.
·
The
ability and confidence to successfully lead a team of staff and to liaise with
other teaching staff across the school.
·
The
ability to form supportive relationships with parents/carers to ensure the best
outcomes for pupils at Cromwell.
·
Be
able to support children to self-regulate in a crisis.
·
Experience
of leading learning within school or sixth form.
·
Demonstrate
a high level of written and spoken English, ICT and maths skills.
