The Abbey School is seeking to appoint a highly effective Geography Teacher to join the Geography Department, to start after the Easter break 2026.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Geography Teacher to deliver engaging lessons, inspire a love of the subject, and support students in achieving their full potential.

This is a full-time, permanent role, paid on the STPC Main/Upper Teachers PayScale, dependant on experience.

The school is offering a recruitment incentive of £5k which is split into the following payments - £2,500 subject to the successful completion of a 6-month probationary period, and a further £2,500 to be paid upon one year service. 

This post would suit an experienced or Early Career Teacher with good prospects for career development.
